Opening in 2016, this well-designed and beautiful establishment provides sweeping views of its vines while offering fine dining through large glass doors in its homely, yet elegant, restaurant, and wine tastings at the cellar door.

Opened in 2016, the Russo family’s concept is to treat all their guests as part of their family and to make them feel as though they are in a home away from home. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, and you can choose to dine indoors with crisp white clothed tables or alfresco for something more casual.

Executive Chef, Jon Keating, oversees a modern Australian menu filled with locally sourced produce in season. Expect to find a well-balanced menu with items like Crispy Skin Barramundi with heirloom carrots, wilted cos and mussel vinaigrette, Grilled Spatchcock Chicken with cauliflower, Kipfler potato and chicken jus, or a steak or piece of pork from the paddock.

Make sure you save room for dessert. You will find luscious servings of temptations like Vanilla Bean Pannacotta with berry coulis, or Chocolate and Raspberry Fondant with pedro ximenez soaked prunes.

Pack a picnic if you would prefer and tables are available overlooking the waterfall, vineyard and views of the Mount Macedon Ranges in the background.
